His grandparents already cultivated the fields we have recovered. He handles the hard work: pruning, watering, and fertilizing with manure and organic micro-elements. He loves caring for the soil and enriching it with natural microorganisms.
Eva is in charge of welcoming visitors, explaining the differences between conventional and organic farming, connecting in French and English with clients, logistics for shipments, and administration.
